My name is Paula Carroll, and I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian. I have over 17 years’ clinical experience working across Sydney in numerous adult tertiary and referring hospitals, including Prince of Wales Hospital, Westmead Hospital, Chris O’Brien Lifehouse and Concord Repatriation General Hospital.
Having gained extensive experience working with clients, caregivers and multidisciplinary teams across many complex clinical areas, I know how important the right nutrition is for quality of life.
