Our services

Optimal Nutrition Care provides a comprehensive range of services including nutritional screening, nutritional assessment, medical nutrition therapy, counselling and education for the following conditions:

• Poor nutrition intake, malnutrition, or nutritional deficiencies
• Swallowing problems (dysphagia)
• Tube feeding (enteral nutrition) 
• Pressure injuries
• Neurogenic bowel and bladder
• Healthy eating for adults with a spinal cord injury.

It is very important that you have a regular General Practitioner (GP), as we will work collaboratively with them to ensure appropriate and holistic nutrition care.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Participants

Optimal Nutrition Care is not a registered NDIS provider, however we offer services to adults who are Self-Managed or are Plan-Managed.

Icare - Lifetime Care Participants

Optimal Nutrition Care provides a service to icare participants.
